*By signing my name (digitally) below, I understand that:Each Coaching call with Karly is 90 minutes in duration. If 2 hours is preferred, it can be accommodated at a prorate fee.
Coaching sessions will be conducted through either Zoom or Skype, for which a personal meeting invitation to each call will be sent via email.
Both participants’ cameras need to be on during the call. Seeing one another is a big part of the somatic work and the attunement process.
Upon agreeing to work together, Karly will send a New Client Engagement Agreement that will need to be signed prior to our first coaching call.
Once we reserve a time for our call, Karly will send an invoice through Square via email, with options to pay by credit or debit card, or ACH transfer prior to each session.
Full payment will be expected two (2) days before our work together commences.
If a session needs to rescheduled, do so with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice by email. Failure to do so will result in a forfeiture of the session fee, unless otherwise agreed upon between us in writing.
